The new sealing stopper "FB-Kombistop" made of fibre-reinforced concrete and silicone rubber reliably seals distance tubes against water. The sealing stopper is simply driven into position with a rubber mallet. In comparison to other commonly used seals, this stopper is not temperature sensitive and is quicker and easier to install. Once the new sealing stopper is installed, it can immediately be exposed to concrete pressure or to hydraulic pressure.
